Françoise de Chambord was born in France in a wealthy aristocratic family. Françoise followed in the long established family business founded by her ancestors glass production and produced exquisite designed objects.

Françoise in her turn brought fresh inspiration to the business whilst continuing her devotion to reading and writing. Her books, the adventures of young Fleur have been translated into several languages.

Françoise has received several literary awards, made documentaries and hosts her own show. Françoise is strongly committed to the preservation of the environment.
